The PRS SE Custom 24 in Faded Blue is an electric guitar that combines aesthetics with functionality. This versatile instrument showcases a blend of modern features and classic PRS craftsmanship, providing a smooth and vibrant playing experience.
The neck of this guitar is constructed with multi-ply maple, featuring a wide thin neck shape that allows for comfortable playing. It has 24 frets on a 25" scale length, a neck depth of 13/16" at the nut, a fretboard width of 1 11/16" at the nut, and 2 1/4" at the body. The rosewood fretboard has a 10" radius and is adorned with the signature PRS bird inlays. The headstock features the recognizable "SE" logo.
The solidbody construction of the PRS SE Custom 24 includes a mahogany back and a maple top carved with a shallow violin design. A flame maple veneer enhances the guitar's appearance, and the flame really pops in the Faded Blue finish. The set neck/body assembly type ensures a seamless integration and enhanced sustain.
Equipped with a pair of 85/15 "S" pickups, the PRS SE Custom 24 delivers crisp, powerful tones across both treble and bass ranges. The controls comprise a volume knob, a push/pull tone control, and a 3-way blade pickup switch for versatile sound exploration. The PRS SE Custom 24 features the PRS patented tremolo bridge (molded) and PRS designed tuners for accurate tuning and intonation. Nickel hardware adds a touch of elegance, while the PRS nut and custom truss rod cover provide stability and durability.
