The DC-8, the first Douglas jet-powered transport, was powered by four jet turbine engines and could reach speeds of more than 600 miles per hour. Seven variants of the DC-8 were produced between 1958 and 1972, for a total of 556 airplanes in all; several hundred are still in service. This yoke, one of a limited number available, has been cleaned, refurbished, and set on a polished aluminum stand for display in your home or office. A Custom Hangar plaque is attached to the underside of the base, and a Certificate of Authenticity is included. Actual piece may vary slightly from photograph. Measures approximately 14" x 12" x 17". Weighs approximately 9 lb. Made in U.S.A. NOT FOR FLIGHT USE.

Bottom edge is elastic and rides up.
This top is nice and I like the fabric but the bottom edge is elastic rather than free flowing. It rides up.

Very nice tank!!
2 things sold me on this nice tank. First, it's bamboo. I like the feel of bamboo - I think its a cooler material and it's easier on the environment. Second, I love the lace!! It really dresses up a simple tank! I did order up 2 sizes. I wear a L normally, but I didn't want this to accentuate my love handles. The XXL fits looser and stays flat and doesn't cling. I've worn it alone a couple times and have gotten compliments on it. I'm really happy with it and wish it came in more colors!
