En ja, Sam Valkenborgh schrijft nog altijd fantastische songs met juist genoeg weerhaken. En nee, de nieuwe Kvraagetaan zal voor een andere keer zijn.En ja, er is een en ander veranderd. De veldopstelling bijvoorbeeld. Sam Valkenborgh verhuist naar de bas, nieuweling Mike Engels (Freestyle Fabrik) vult de plek in op gitaar. De andere drie blijven trouw op post: Jan Valkenborgh op drum, Peter Deckers op gitaar en Bart Palmers op toetsen. Dat het allemaal wat rauwer klinkt, met veel echo’s van de jaren ’90. Dat het gaat over speekmedolles, koriander van den Turk en vrouwen die houden van Cake. Dat het nog altijd gaat over de liefde. Of het gebrek eraan. Dat Woody Allen eigenlijk veel gemeen heeft met pa Valkenborgh.
Enfin, dat Fixkes terug is. About time, indeed.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BOOK.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not purchase if you intend to use the Access Code. I was very careful to scratch off the Access code, but you can see it was still unreadable. I went to the website and submitted a ticket. One option for a reason to submit a ticket is 'unreadable access code", so they know this is a problem. They ask for a photo of the code and a receipt of purchase. I sent both. Then they asked for proof that the book was purchased NEW. This was not noted on the Amazon invoice. I was instructed to reach out to the vendor for the additional info. Or I could spend more money on another access code. There are other study options available.
