Chateau Purcari heeft zijn naam te danken aan het gelijknamige dorp, welke ook de naam Purcari draagt. Rond het dorp Purcari vind je het wijnhuis en de wijngaarden van het klooster Agon Zograf die er prachtig bij liggen. Vandaag de dag zijn het landgoed en wijngaarden wereld beroemd en boxen ze op tegen grote streken zoals de Bordeaux.In 1827 werd Chateau Purcari zeer beroemd
Na een aantal eeuwen wijn te hebben gemaakt was het de keizer van Rusland Nicholas I die Chateau Purcari de status verleende van de eerste gespecialiseerde wijnmakerij in Bessarabië. Daar zijn ze trots op en hierdoor vermeld Purcari het jaar 1827 op het etiket. Inmiddels is er heel veel geïnvesteerd in de wijngaarden en heeft het wijnhuis de beschikking over de modernste technologie in de wijnmakerij. Dit heeft Chateau Purcari veel gebracht en dat proeven we ook wel terug in de rijke geuren en smaken van de diverse rode en witte wijnen van dit wijnhuis uit Moldavië.Houtlagering voor de Purcari 1827 Chardonnay
De Chardonnay wijngaarden krijgen echt alles wat ze nodig hebben. Zo is er voldoende zonneschijn waardoor de Chardonnay druiven perfect rijpen. Maar ook wat verkoeling van de wind draagt bij aan en gelijkmatige oogst. De druiven groeien als de beste en worden geheel met de hand binnen gehaald. Dit om enkel de beste trossen te selecteren waardoor deze witte wijn zacht en zeer zuiver is. Na de persing ondergaat deze 1827 Chardonnay een hout lagering van wel zes maanden in de kelders van Chateau Purcari. De wijn word vol en romig met in de geur nuances van tropisch fruit, gebrande noten en vanille. In de smaak geeft hij een dik mondgevoel met fruit nuances van perzik, abrikoos en mango. Achter op de tong veel vanille, amandelen, ceder hout en lichte kruiden. Wat een topper en een feest om te drinken.Shipping Notes

Color me impressed!

Color me impressed! So far I really like this Typhur Sync oven. My first test was a frozen pizza. Unfortunately, it was overcooked. I really can't remember at this moment the exact temperature/time settings I used. (Probably used the box directions.) However, next time I'm going to just select the pizza setting on the oven and trust it. This is a convection oven, so I shouldn't have used the box directions. My next test was a big one. I cooked a 5.6 pound rib roast for Christmas. I selected “beef”, then “medium well”, then hit start. After the preheat was completed, I put the roast in the oven. Of course, before putting it in the oven I inserted the wireless temperature probe. I had taken the roast out of the fridge to let it get to room temperature an hour or so earlier. The probe said its internal temperature was 56 degrees, and the target temperature would be 140 degrees. I looked at other ovens as well, but selected this Typhur for its wireless probe and phone app that would track the oven progress and alert me when it was completed. The oven is downstairs, and this app would save me much stair work. It worked great! Love the little app. I checked the app from time to time for cooking progress, and it would tell me its current internal temperature and the target temperature. Also told me the time to completion. Amazing. It “dinged” my phone when the oven was done. I went downstairs and removed the roast. It looked fantastic. Of course while sitting on the counter top, the roast continued to cook internally while we were getting everything else set up on the dining table, thereby making it more like “well done” when we were finally ready to eat. After slicing it, the meat looked great. Not as pink as I wanted, but that was due to the “internal cooking” it did. I think next time, I'm selecting “medium”. Then it might be more like “medium well” when we're ready to eat. Also, did I mention that the cook time was just a little over 90 minutes? Couldn't believe how fast it cooked. My next test was cooking a pork tenderloin “medium well”. It took 33 minutes, and turned out great. Again, I'm very happy with this purchase. Back story... Years ago we remodeled our kitchen in a previous house, and not wanting to discard a perfectly good wall oven, I built a box for it and kept the oven in our garage to act as our second oven. Well, after 26 years it finally started failing. (Couldn't blame it for all the hot summer and cold winter cycles it went through.) Repair cost would be unreasonably high, even if the parts were available. Looking to replace it would cost anywhere between $450 (for a “no name” oven) and $1000 or more (for a “known brand” oven). I then saw these counter top ovens. After some study, I gambled and selected this Typhur Sync for $230 (also a “no name” brand to me at the time). Glad I did.

Good little oven

Delivery was prompt. Wasn’t sure what to expect on the oven but the controls were fairly intuitive and have used several of the settings. Performs well on everything that we’ve used it for. The instructions are basic but adequate to get you cooking. The size was a little larger than anticipated, it is deeper and takes up more counterspace but you can cook a chicken in it! Looks great sitting on the counter. Not too industrial and the buttons and knobs make changing settings easy.

We love it!

Simply said, it’s great!
My wife absolutely loves this little oven. It has a bunch of options to choose from for cooking. You can use it as an air fryer, oven, you can cook perfect crispy wings, as well as a nice piece of steak with the included thermometer.
Since it’s very little compared to the regular house stove, its much easier and quicker to clean it.
It’s a must have for any home!

Best Toaster Oven Ever!

I've had the oven about a week now and have used it numerous times. The air fried wings came out perfect. The oven baked chicken was perfectly cooked thanks to the probe and crisped up nicely. Toast is fast and just the right color each time. I give the oven high marks for the value and features. The oven's performance exceeds my expectations. The only reason I did not give this gem 5 stars is due to the oven door handle. When open, the door handle hits the counter top preventing it from opening fully. When the oven is hot, pulling something out is an issue due to the door not opening fully. Otherwise, I highly recommend this oven.

Great Product and Great Customer Service

This little countertop oven checks all of the boxes for me.
First, even at its highest tempeture for baking bread at 450 the outside of the unit is warm to the touch but will not burn your hand.
It has all of the settings one would want for an oven to do icluding, reheat, PROOF (for bread) broil, stay warm etc. I love it and the best of all of this was my experience with their customer service. I started having an electrical glich with the unit soon after I bought it and reported the problem to the company. Well, then it stopped having that problem but intermittently did. The light would come on by itself and sometimes I could not get the oven to turn on. So, this ensued off and on for several months until I decided to once again contact customer service to report my problem. They took my information and then informed me that they would be happy to replace the unit. All I needed to do was send my unit back after receiving the replacement. Which they did and I did and VOILA, problem solved just like that. No rigamarole, no hassle just excellent customer service.
