About this collection
For whatever reason, I always go all angsty teenager when dealing with change. And by Angst, I mean DARK. Close the shades. Turn down the lights. Turn on the Ani Defranco, Moody tunes, and light some candles.
This collection is my angsty teenager. This is fitting since the PNW (Pacific Northwest as the locals call it) is so damp and angsty 9-10 months out of the year. But while it is often known for its wet times, what secret it is hiding is it’s glorious BLOOMING times!
Every spring it begins. And it is sneaky. A tree here. A bulb there. A new flower here. A rollercoaster of flowers for months. It is glorious, exciting, and magnificent. This collection is an ode to that time of the year. A Spring unlike anywhere else I have experienced.
