Divide the amount shown into 2 feedings daily.
Add approx. 1/4 cup (27 g) for every 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) over 100 lbs. (45 kg) daily feeding.

Amount of food consumed will vary based on activity level, age, breed and environment. Standard 8 oz. (250 cc) measuring cup holds approximately 3.87 oz. (110 g) of NutriSource® PureVita™ Salmon & Kale Entrée Dog Food. At 5 – 7 months, and again at about 12 months, your puppy will automatically reduce the amount consumed. This is due to a natural reduction in growth rate and the reduced need for calories. Consult your veterinarian if you believe your dog is too thin or overweight. Remember it is important to have clean, fresh water available for your dog at all times.

Reproduction: NutriSource® PureVita™ Dog Food contains the nutrients essential for females in gestation and lactation. During gestation and lactation, food consumption will double or triple.

Feeding Puppies: Begin feeding moistened NutriSource® PureVita™ Dog Food at 3 – 4 weeks of age. Continue feeding moistened food until puppies are able to chew easily. Puppies will consume up to 3 times the volume of food that an adult dog of the same weight would consume. Divide the daily ration for puppies into 3 feedings per day. After puppies reach adult weight, feed according to the adult guidelines chart.

Switching Your Dog to NutriSource®: For easiest adjustment, mix increasing amounts of NutriSource® PureVita™ Dog Food with decreasing amounts of your dog’s current food over a 5-day period, until you are feeding only NutriSource®. Adjust as needed for age and activity level.

Amazing guide for life
Format: Kindle
In 12 Universal Skills: The Beginner's Guide to a Successful Work Life, Peter Scheele and Nina Bech-Andersen stress the significance of interpersonal skills for achieving success in both personal and professional spheres. These skills, known as "soft skills," "essential skills," "human skills," or "universal skills," are crucial. The authors offer practical guidance and techniques to enhance individual effectiveness, covering essential areas like time management, communication, decision making, job hunting, and goal setting. Although the book's content may seem obvious, it goes beyond explaining what and why, providing actionable advice on how to improve productivity. The book is not only suitable for beginners but also for business professionals aiming to enhance their interpersonal abilities. As an adjunct professor of leadership at esteemed universities, I highly recommend "12 Universal Skills" as an excellent resource that equips students with the tools they need to succeed both now and in the future.

Covers lots of important topics
Format: Kindle
12 Universal Skills by Peter Scheele and Nina Bech-Andersen is one of those books that comes across as something that should be taught in a college level classroom. If I was going to rename the book, I would call it How to Work With People. This is a general skill that we never really learn much about, but so much of our lives both professionally and personally are based around this idea. Some of the topics included here are how to solve conflicts with others, how to manage your time, and how to work as part of a team. These are skills that we are expected to practice as we make our way through school, but are never truly taught to us making them areas of weakness that need to be addressed. If you are starting a career, just getting out of school, or are simply looking for ways to improve yourself then this is a a great read for you.
