Each MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame ships with dedicated metal brackets, screws, and a screwdriver matched to your FEIYUE model, such as FY1201TC or FY1501TC. Once received, simply assemble the brackets to the main hoop part using the provided hardware. It’s a ready-to-install embroidery magnetic hoop solution that fits securely without extra purchases.
I mainly embroider polo logos. How do I choose between different sizes?
For polo shirt logos, a 5″ magnetic embroidery frame often provides the best control for compact designs. However, the 7″ to 8″ hoops offer more flexibility for stacked lettering or slightly larger motifs. The 7.7″ × 12.5″ (195 × 315 mm) MaggieFrame hoop for FEIYUE works well if you prefer more creative layout space with easy fabric handling.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
Needle strikes usually occur when the hoop size set in your embroidery machine is larger than the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop’s actual sewing field, or when the design itself exceeds the hooping area. Always select the correct or slightly smaller hoop size and perform a trace test before stitching. This protects both the needle and your machine.
