以简单又有趣的故事引导孩子掌握“听”、“说”、“读”、“写”的能力，为孩子学习华语做好准备。红蜻蜓的幼儿读本已是数百家幼儿园的指定读物。此套套书的目标是让孩子学会首1200个常用字。课文也附有汉语拼音、笔顺、轻声、变调、多音多义字和儿化韵注明，供师长参考。

Minimal pinyin to help prevent increased dependency on romanisations and vibrant drawings help children pick up the language by encouraging them to engage with it.

Each series is made up of 8 story books that are written using most commonly used Chinese words. It allows children to practise words recognition through reading. Hanyu Pinyin phonetics, stroke order and notes on intonations are provided in the text books.

The entire series will help your child learn their first 1200 Chinese words.
