Professor Theodora is currently a participant in the CEEL program for Leadership at Harvard University.
Missy Maloof grew up in Massachusetts where puppy adventures taken place. She lives with her husband, Matthew in MA , with their many Golden Doodles and 1 Daschund! She has 2 children 1 son in college majoring in history and a daughter the director of Park and Recreation in town. Missy was an Early Childhood Educator, meeting Theodora first as a student studying Early Childhood and Theodora would become her mentor, director and friend. When Missy is not writing puppy adventures she enjoys time with her family , reading romance books, shopping and visiting her family in Florida. She is currently working on a third book in the series of Puppy Adventures. Stay Tune!

Easy Claims Process
It is not a long complicated process to file and resolve a claim. Be warned--sometimes they will want you to send back the defective or damaged product, even if it's not worth the shipping ---they pay. Overall worth the investment though.

Asurion you made the return process simple
Working with Asurion was an easy process. My previously covered milk frother stopped working, and they fully refunded it with no questions asked.
