This is a translation (8th edition-2013) of The Aramaic New Testament (Aramaic was the language of Jesus and his countrymen of 1st century Israel) in an English prose translation of The Peshitta New Testament. A translation of the Psalms & Proverbs from the ancient Peshitta OT Version is included at the end. This translation is derived from the author's Aramaic-English Interlinear New Testament and The Psalms & Proverbs interlinear. Aramaic was used in Mel Gibson's film "The Passion of the Christ" to make the film as realistic and accurate as possible. This New Testament will surprise and thrill the reader with its power and inspiration coming from the words of "Yeshua" (ÒJesusÓ in ancient Aramaic) as He originally spoke them, in a literal and readable English rendering. 390 pages 6x9 paperback. This is a great playground shoe for my 4th grader. I love the unisex design. These shoes usually last 6 mo - until we need next size- but aren’t in same spotless shape that Keens are for passing down to next sibling. Still, they are far from bad shape after six months of abuse. Way better than UA or Nikes in our experience. I had adult version and had heavy rotation with other shoes, and still lasted 5 years before I gave to my growing son, and he trashed them in 6 mo wearing as lawn mowing shoes. As an adult, I add an arch support or metatarsal support insole. My kid hasn’t indicated it needs one for comfort - but it’s not as cushy at all compared to Saucony running shoes.
