Perfect for cooking eggs, bacon, pancakes, pizza and more. Included is a detachable Lifting Tool that doubles as a general tool for lifting other accessories as well. Wipe clean or wash in soapy warm water. The pan can also be washed in most dishwashers. The Frying Pan can also be used on top of the Extension Ring to create a ‘middle of the oven level’. Use silicone like the COBB 5-Piece Utensil Set or wood utensils when cooking. Do not cover the holes on the edge of the pan while cooking. It will stop the airflow, necessary for the COBB to operate properly. For a longer life, use the Lifting Tool to remove the pan from heat when finished cooking. This ensures that the pan is not exposed to direct heat for a prolonged period of time without food.
