Pacemaker Full 3" Performance Exhaust System with 1 7/8" 4-into-1 Competition Headers & Hi-Flow Cats for HSV VE E-Series E2 Sedan (6.0L Gen IV LS2 V8) - PP5382-53

Unleash maximum top-end horsepower, optimize high-RPM cylinder gas velocity, and deliver an aggressive, deep Australian V8 muscle note from your small-block engine with the Pacemaker Sport Systems complete large-bore 3-inch performance exhaust solution featuring 1 7/8" 4-into-1 competition extractors. Specifically engineered to satisfy the high-volume gas clearance demands, intense thermal loads, and extraction thresholds of the high-performance 6.0L Gen IV LS2 V8 engine configuration, this massive primary setup is optimized for modified, cammed, or high-revving platforms. This premium full system is precision-molded to trace the sedan floor pan lines, clear standard wheelbase chassis channels, and map perfectly around the multi-link independent rear suspension geometry of the VE series HSV architecture. By upgrading your stock layout to high-flow competition 4-into-1 headers paired with smooth, mandrel-bent 3" plumbing and high-flow metallic catalytic converters, it maximizes gas velocity tracking to completely eliminate power-robbing backpressure under heavy acceleration. As Australia’s premium exhaust innovator, Pacemaker integrates elite structural engineering with patented V-Tex technology and signature double-skinned mufflers, producing an authoritative performance roar on throttle while actively engineering out harsh interior cabin boom or sedan body resonance to preserve a completely clean, drone-free highway cruising experience. Note: Fits HSV VE E-Series E2 Sedan variants built from September 2009 to August 2010 equipped with the 6.0L Gen IV LS2 V8 engine layout; does not fit Utility (Ute), Sportwagon, or long-wheelbase Grange platforms due to structural floor pan and rear assembly differences.

Features:

Precision-manufactured in Australia to deliver a high-velocity flow upgrade, maximum structural longevity under intense heat, and a refined performance acoustic profile for the iconic VE sedan platform.

  • Complete Competition Kit: Comprehensive track-and-street performance solution incorporating high-flow 1 7/8" 4-into-1 headers, 3" metallic high-flow catalytic converters, and a full matching large-bore 3-inch performance intermediate-to-rear exhaust layout.
  • 4-into-1 Design Architecture: Race-proven competition extractor layout featuring large-bore 1 7/8" primaries running into a merged collector to optimize top-end gas scavenging and unlock significant high-RPM power gains.
  • Premium Materials: Constructed completely from durable, heavy-gauge Exhaust Grade 409 Stainless Steel to ensure superior structural longevity and resistance to thermal fatigue under extreme loads.
  • Mandrel Bent Tubing: Rigid high-flow 3" (76.2mm) pipe structure guarantees a smooth, uniform internal diameter through all bends to eliminate gas turbulence and prevent restriction.
  • V-Tex Technology: Advanced internal patented anti-drone configuration filters out harsh, low-frequency cabin resonance typical of large-bore V8 layouts without creating any power-robbing flow restrictions.
  • Signature Mufflers: Heavy-duty double-skinned 409 Stainless Steel mufflers offer premium outer case reinforcement, preventing case distortion and internal packing blowout under heavy thermal load constraints.
  • Direct Bolt-On Layout: Engineered as a comprehensive, vehicle-specific full bolt-up kit that mounts directly onto existing factory rubber hanger positions—no custom fabrication required.

Important Fitment Notes:

  • Specifically engineered to fit HSV VE E-Series E2 Sedan variants powered by the 6.0L Gen IV LS2 V8 engine build date path (September 2009 to August 2010 builds).
  • Sedan Specific Routing Geometry: Due to underbody cavity clearances, standard wheelbase dimensions, and unique factory rubber insulation paths matching the sedan rear subframe assembly, this configuration features chassis-specific intermediate plumbing lengths. It will not adapt correctly to Utility (Ute / Maloo), Sportwagon, or long-wheelbase Grange platforms.
  • The large-diameter 1 7/8" 4-into-1 competition header primary pipes are custom-formed for maximum volumetric gas clearance at higher engine revs, making this kit highly ideal for modified, performance-tuned, cammed, or supercharged engine applications.
  • Full kit scope: Comprehensive high-efficiency performance solution from engine block to rear exit, including 1 7/8" primary competition headers, premium 3" high-flow metallic catalytic converters, large-bore 3" intermediate plumbing paths, and a signature double-skinned rear sedan muffler assembly.
  • Direct bolt-up architecture interfaces seamlessly with original vehicle-specific rubber hanger brackets. No custom modification or cutting layout mapping is required.
  • Professional automotive performance technician installation is highly recommended to guarantee ideal ground clearance, check tight steering column tolerances, and secure gas-tight seals under the floor pan.

This Timex Ironman lives up to its name
Color: Black/Digital Gray/Black
Timex Ironman watches have been with me for a decade. This particular one I just ordered as a backup for the same one that I have had for seven years (and still works perfectly). I don't know why I ordered a backup except that I love it so much that I couldn't fathom the idea that Timex might discontinue this model. Why do I love it so much? Because it is functional in many ways. Aside from its durability, reliability and the fact that it fits on my wrist so comfortably, it is easy to read and extremely useful for tasks that need countdown alarms as well as regular timers (it has three which you can set). Since I gave up "fashionable" watches years ago in favor of practical, easy to read, multifunctional devises I found this Timex the best of all the other brands that I have tried in this category. Years ago, President Bill Clinton, who jogged regularly, was heavily chastised for wearing a very functional Timex Ironman watch in the Oval Office instead of what the professional politicians considered appropriate for a President. It was then that I realized how important it was for a person to wear a watch that they loved, and that was functional for them. At that point in time I had many other watches that I didn't jettison until later when I realized that I need only wear the watch that I loved and was useful to me. I still have another watch that I saved for "appropriate" times out but have only worn it once. The rest of the time my Timex Ironman stays on my wrist wherever I go.

A very comfy, pleasant casual sports watch- especially good for training
Color: Black/Digital Gray/Silver-Tone, Color: Black/Digital Gray/Silver-Tone
The Ironman series of watches has been around for about 40 years now, and with good reason. The current iteration doesn't disappoint. It's light weight, easy-to-read, has a good backlight, offers simple operation, great buttons, a decently loud chime, and is a feature rich watch. I purchased this one on a lark; it was sold as "used- very good" from an Amazon warehouse for $20. The Timex packaging/ box was damaged, but the watch itself was new, wrapped and seemed unused. Since I do not wear an item's packaging, I always look for such items when shopping on Amazon, as it can save quite a bit. In this case it was $12 less expensive, or about 1/3 less costly. I have owned a digital watch for over 40 years; from left to right in the photo- my 1980 Seiko (owned since new), my daily Casio, which has solar and atomic clock radio signal time setting, and the Ironman for you to compare size. Owning a number of Casio digital watches, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and ease of use of this Timex Ironman. The Ironman does feel somewhat more "plasticky" that some Casio watches I have, which may influence some buyers. But once you get past that feel, if you like the look of the watch, it's a great offering, especially at a $20 price point. The on the Ironman, a chronograph, a countdown timer, a second time zone, three alarms, 30 lap records, occasion reminders , and a perpetual calendar make it comparable, or better than many of the similarly priced Casio offerings. The Ironman does not feel quite as substantial as some of the lower cost G-Shock offerings I have tried, but is at least as comfy on my 7 1/2 inch wrist. Water resistance seems fine at 100 meters, and the recessed plastic crystal should avoid most scratches. The features should be very useful for those who do not want to wear a smartwatch for training. I hope this review has been helpful.

So far so good
Color: Brown
I have had issues with other models/variations of the timex expedition in the past, so I was hesitant to get an even more expensive version of it, but I just really liked this watch so I gave it a shot. I was looking for a new “daily driver” watch as I have a bunch of nicer, more expensive watches that I didn’t want to wear to work at a hospital. I like the solar charging feature for sure as I change my own watch batteries and it can be a pain sometimes. It’s a nice weighty watch, which I like because it feels solid, not cheap. So far it seems to be keeping time well, which is an issue I’ve had with other expeditions in the past. I really like the look of this watch a lot. It’s a sharp looking watch without being too flashy or fancy so it can be worn with just about any attire. I will note that because of the solar feature, it needs to be charged well before setting the time. I placed it under a led light for about 24 hours before setting the time and using it and when I don’t wear it I place it near a window. So far I’m really liking it, but I haven’t had it long enough to really know about long-term reliability. I will update if any issues arise.

Timex Expedition Solar a no frills fine watch
Color: Brown/Blue
The watch came uncharged. I guess you're supposed to charge the watch by exposing it to sunlight. There was no sunlight and I wasn't about to wait for any. I placed it in front of one of my ultra-bright led flashlights for about 5 hours that night. It's been working fine ever since. I'll expose it to sunlight when I see some. It's a nice looking watch, no bells and whistles but it's been keeping excellent time. I swapped out the band for a NATO which I find more dependable. The price shouldn't put you in the poor house and if it's like all the other Timex watches I've owned, I'll be happy with it.
