The Goat BALP (Bone Alkaline Phosphatase) ELISA Kit measures BALP in Goat Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti BALP antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with BALP bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of BALP in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Don't waste your money. Once I read the 3rd eye may appear as the eye of Sauron from Lord of the rings, and all you have to do is cross your eyes and Boom there it is, I stopped wasting my time. All I received was a headace and major strain. After studying Kriya Yoga and what I've learned through the practices regarding the 3rd eye I just couldn't continue. You can read this in an hour or so. It's speaks of affirmations, mantras that's all good. If your just starting this journey I wouldnt recommend this. Look for books written by paramahansa yogananda, just my opinion and what worked miracles for me. This book was a gift or Id return. Again just my opion, if it helps you wonderful, I wouldn't pay .50 cents for this book.
