WQ Carbon Crafty Tool Tips | Anodized Aluminum & Stainless Steel

Customize Your Carbon Crafty Hammer for Any PDR Job

The WQ Carbon Crafty Replacement Tips let you fine-tune your Carbon Crafty Hammer for your preferred feel, strike, and balance. Designed specifically for the Willey Quick Tools Carbon Crafty Hammer, these precision-machined tips are available in Anodized Aluminum or Stainless Steel so you can adjust your hammer’s weight, performance, and impact response to fit your dent repair style.

Whether you’re chasing hail dents on aluminum panels, working tight door dings, or fine-tuning delicate knockdowns, the right tip makes all the difference. The Carbon Crafty Replacement Tips give you that flexibility — lightweight control or heavy hitting power — without sacrificing balance or precision.

Two Professional-Grade Options

Anodized Aluminum Tips – Lightweight and Responsive

These tips are built for finesse and control. Crafted from anodized aluminum, they provide quick feedback and consistent strike response for fine surface correction and detailed panel work. The anodized finish adds corrosion resistance and a sleek, professional look while maintaining the low weight that many PDR professionals prefer.

Aluminum tips are perfect for:

  • Light hail repair or door ding work

  • Extended sessions where lower tool fatigue matters

  • Quick, precise tapping on high or delicate spots

  • Technicians who value speed and balance over raw impact

Their lightweight design keeps your hammer nimble and accurate, allowing clean, repeatable strikes throughout a full repair day.

Stainless Steel Tips – Durable and Power-Driven

When you need solid impact and more energy transfer, stainless steel is the clear choice. These tips add extra weight and drive, helping you power through deeper dents and heavier panels with less effort. The added mass creates a smoother strike that translates directly into controlled metal movement.

With stainless steel tips installed, the total weight of your Carbon Crafty Hammer increases from 6.7 ounces to 9.4 ounces, giving it a more planted, deliberate feel. That added momentum helps maintain consistency when working on thicker steel, structural repairs, or high-volume hail jobs.

Stainless tips are ideal for:

  • Heavier dent removal and deep metal movement

  • Harder steel panels or structural work

  • PDR techs who prefer a weighted hammer for better rhythm and control

  • Professionals who want stronger feedback and more pushing power

Both options give you the freedom to choose how your Carbon Crafty Hammer performs. You can even keep both sets on hand — switch between aluminum for finesse work and stainless for strength.

Precision-Machined for a Perfect Fit

Every WQ Carbon Crafty Replacement Tip is CNC machined to match the threading and fit of the Carbon Crafty Hammer head. The tips install in seconds, threading smoothly into place and staying secure under repeated use.

Their tight tolerance ensures balanced weight distribution and consistent striking feel, keeping the hammer’s professional-grade balance intact no matter which tip type you use.

Built to Work With Carbon Cush Caps

For even more control and surface protection, pair your tips with Willey Quick Carbon Cush Caps. These dense rubber caps fit perfectly over the dome-shaped tips and help reduce marring while maintaining a crisp, solid strike. The combination of these tips and Cush Caps gives you a professional edge — smooth, accurate, and safe tapping every time.

Why These Tips Matter

The hammer is one of the most used tools in a PDR technician’s setup, and the small details make the biggest difference. These replacement tips let you control your hammer’s feel and feedback — allowing you to match your tool to your technique.

Choosing between lightweight precision or power-driven performance gives you more flexibility to handle every job with confidence. With the Carbon Crafty Replacement Tips, you can keep your hammer working exactly how you like it — balanced, consistent, and efficient.

Excellent machine
Style: WF-3820 (Renewed)
I first bought this printer on Feb 6. When it arrived, I could not set it up due to a maintenance box error. I contacted Epson and received a replacement within 2 days. I still got a maintenance Box error, so I contacted Amazon for a replacement printer. The new printer arrived today and the set-up my internet and Chromebook went very smoothly. I have used Epson printers for nearly 20 years and have been very satisfied, so I took a chance on a refurbished to save a few dollars. I was not disappointed. Epson service was excellent and Amazon's hassle-free return policy makes everything very easy. New or refurbished, I will go with Epson every time. Customer service goes a long way with me.

Like new in every way
Style: WF-3820 (Renewed)
Nice printer overall, wi-fi setup went fairly smooth Windows 11, printer wi-fi smooth, Windows took a couple times before finding. If I did tones of printing, price of ink would be a huge deterrent!

Do not buy Epson if you expect it to last.
Style: WF-3820 (Renewed)
I had previously had HP printers and they worked extremely well, honestly I had them for years and years at a time, much longer than would probably be typical for an at-home printer that gets a lot of use. I bought an Epson replacement as the price was right. I replaced the ink once in it, and it worked fine...then it would never read new ink. Well, it would read it was full, but it would print extremely light and if you had a barcode (like to return an Amazon package) the barcode would not print correctly to be able to use for shipment. So, I thought I must have just gotten a bad printer and that it was a year old so I guess it was due...so I bought this one. I have had it since May and just replaced the black in - and it is now doing the SAME thing as the previous Epson. It will not print correctly. I called Espon support and was told they could send me a new one BUT I had to give a CC# for them to 'hold' and it would not be charged if I returned the item. Well, then once it got down to it, she then stated that when the new one was sent back, they would 'review to make sure it is covered under warranty' and that it is 'their property' then, and if it is not under warranty, I would be charged...which was TWICE what I paid for the printer originally. So I told her nevermind. She could not understand why, which they state some arbitrary statement that 'if' it is found to be 'under warranty' then I would not be charged, but also specifying once returned it is their property. So, basically that sounded too 'iffy' to me and I am not going to return something to MAYBE not get charged DOUBLE what I paid for the item to begin with. That seems like a scam to get paid for the replacement item to be honest.
