The Human (GH2) Growth Hormone Variant ELISA Kit measures Growth Hormone Variant in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human GH2 antibody. GH2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human GH2 Antibody is added and binds to GH2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated GH2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human GH2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

This product didn't work well at all. The material gets smudged and dirty extremely easily and it's impossible to get it clean. It's also very heavy, but not in a good way. The pump shoots out dish soap very far and makes a mess on the counter. Even when I hold the sponge or brush right by the pump, the dish soap still went all over the place. The pockets for brush and sponge did not work well either. Even the taller back pocket was way too short to hold a normal size dish brush. I ended up throwing the item in the trash.
