This gold-selling Keith Richards solo debut (1988) was a success in every way, a joyous set of riffs and rockers that introduced Keith's new band the X-pensive Winos. Bootsy Collins, Maceo Parker, the Memphis Horns and Mick Taylor are among Keith's guests on "Take It So Hard," "Whip It Up," "You Don't Move Me," "Make No Mistake," "Struggle," "Big Enough" and more. Three decades later, Steve Jordan (Keith's co-writer and co-producer on the album) has remastered the LP for reissue on CD, black vinyl or limited-edition red vinyl (both 180-gram). The 2-CD deluxe edition adds a 16-page media-book package and previously unreleased bonus sessions featuring Taylor and Collins plus Johnnie Johnson, Chuck Leavell, Bernie Worrell and more. The limited-edition deluxe box brings you the album and those bonus tracks on CD and 180-gram black vinyl, two 7" vinyl singles featuring "Take It So Hard," "I Could Have Stood You Up," "Make No Mistake" and "It Means a Lot," an 80-page book boasting a new essay and interview with Keith plus extensive rare and unseen photos, a tour laminate, lyric sheets, two posters, a guitar pick and more-and the packaging is wrapped in Fender replica guitar-case material. Glad I Gave It a Try

I wasn't sure if this Metamucil fiber supplement would make much of a difference, but after taking it consistently, I'm really glad I decided to try it. The results weren't instant, but over time I noticed that I felt lighter, cleaner, and just generally better overall. The sugar-free formula is a nice bonus, and it's easy to make part of a daily routine. I've found that consistency is key, and once I started taking it regularly, I could definitely tell a difference. If you're on the fence about trying a fiber supplement, this one has worked very well for me. It's a simple addition to my day that has had a noticeable positive impact. I'll definitely keep using it.

It works.

It really does help 'keep you regular' & the name brand dissolves easier than the generic W@lm@rt brand. It doesn't MAKE you 'go', it just gives your gut a little something to work with, so to speak. Maybe TMI, but you also go alot cleaner, if you catch my drift. That's a nice bonus. ;0)

Great to curb food cravings

Saw this on a YouTube video for reducing appetite/curbing snack cravings and wow! I’m on day 2 and this will always be in my pantry. After 30 min of drinking this I feel sooo full. No appetite for 4 hours like I ate a huge meal. The flavor is also good. No cramps or gas and the fiber content isn’t crazy so I haven’t experienced any negative side effects either. If you’re trying to lose weight this may help. Haven’t thought about snacking all day. Give it a try
