Something integral to our overall health is missing. Healthcare providers, educators, CEOs, and others in leadership positions often discuss the concept of "wellness” in an effort to treat disorders of the mind and body. Businesses may often spend excessive amounts of money on wellness practices. Surveys are often conducted to determine how one is functioning, but very little time is spent sharing our stories, communicating, and understanding each other in a deep and meaningful way. Engaging in meaningful discussions can address a deep longing in our souls. People must be properly armed with all the necessary information from physicians, professionals, and research. People also need information rooted in sound Catholic Christian doctrine, addressing the soul's needs. By reading scripture, developing habits of consistent daily prayer, going to mass regularly, and frequently receiving the sacraments, and seeking the help and support of proper Catholic Christian counselors, people will likely be more empowered and able to discern God’s will and make choices more pleasing to Him. The mind and the body are just two pillars in the wellness paradigm. The key component often missing from those discussions is the wellness of spirit. Today, many people feel isolated, detached, and vulnerable, which can have negative potential implications for their decision-making and overall well-being. The lack of meaningful Catholic Christian discourse and teaching seems to perpetuate the deep longing, brokenness, and suffering we often see so much of in the world today. In this book, Catherine French, M.Ed. will discuss how a lack of that third component of wellness, wellness in spirit, can lead to poor decision-making and devastating consequences for individuals and families.

Super tough & Great squeak!
Pattern Name: Chipmunk
This Zippy Paws chipmunk is perfect for a small to mid-size dog. Our cocker and mini-poodle are hard on theirs and it holds together when other toys are in shreds within a few minutes. We have purchased several over the years.

Annoying sound but DOGGY TOY JOY!!
Pattern Name: Skunk
My 14 month old is squeaker OBSESSED, but she easily does surgery and defluffs. However this toy has been perfect. The sound when you shake is over the top and creates so much excitement. She loves to chase and chew this and play tug with this, and no tears from tug or points where she's tried to excise squeaker so far!

Great toy loved by 3 big dogs
Pattern Name: Skunk
We have a black lab and 2 grandpups (a Great Dane and a Cane Corso) that visit regularly. All 3 love this toy. All 3 destroy toys pretty quickly, sometimes within minutes. I have no idea what it is about this one, but they have not even remotely destroyed it except for major slobber damage from being so loved. I bought the first one months ago from TJ Maxx and then bought another on here thinking it could be a replacement when the first one got destroyed. The first one has yet to be destroyed. It sounds like there is a water bottle inside of it but it is some kind of coil thing. That being said, this toy can be very annoying to listen to, but we tolerate it for 3 very happy dogs.

Not for us, unfortunately.
Pattern Name: Chipmunk
Cute idea. We have doxies. Unfortunately, they ripped the apart in 5 minutes to get to the squeaker. I'm sure other breeds are more gentle with their toys. It would be a great toy for them.
