The figure is fully articulated so you can display him in a wide variety of poses. He comes with three face plates including a standard expression, a "WRYYYY" expression brimming with Dio's vampiric madness and a suspicious smirking expression.

Optional parts include a rose and the item central to the story: the Stone Mask that transformed Dio into a vampire. The Stone Mask can also be displayed on Dio's face. A neck part for creating Dio's completely changed form from the final scene of Part 1 is included as well.
