- Rear drip collector on pan body
- Tapered access rim
- 240V, three phase (3Ø) standard
Patented stainless seam welded capsule lid with:
- Actuator-assisted counter balance
- Full width condensate drip shield and rear steam vent
- Stainless steel safety handle that are dual side mounted
Constructed of 304L stainless steel:
- Food contact zone with 1 1/2" compression draw-off
- Seam welded component enclosure and tubular frame
Standard features include:
- Adjustable thermostat (175°F to 400°F)
- High limit safety thermostat
- Two (2) front adjustable flanged feet
- Approved use as a fryer
