BMW X7 M60i & Alpina XB7 Valved Cat-Back Exhaust System

2.75" T304 Stainless Steel Exhaust with Electronic Valve Control

Overview

The BMW X7 M60i and Alpina XB7 deliver immense performance and luxury—but their factory exhaust holds back the soundtrack these SUVs deserve. The Valvetronic Designs Valved Cat-Back transforms the experience with a more raw, motorsport-inspired tone, sharper gearshift snaps, and an enhanced character throughout the rev range.

Connecting to OEM or aftermarket free-flow downpipes, this 2.75-inch system runs unrestricted from inlet to tip. In testing, we found that an unresonated design delivered the most engaging sound, producing pronounced pops and crackles when shifting, while maintaining a drone-free cabin with the valves closed.

The included electronic valve controller allows you to fully control the exhaust at any RPM, unlocking maximum enjoyment whether you’re cruising in comfort or pushing the M50i powertrain to its limits.

Why It Works

  • Unresonated Free-Flow Design: More aggressive tone and sharper gearshift sound.

  • 2.75" Mandrel-Bent Tubing: Optimized flow for improved throttle response and performance.

  • Full Valve Control: Operate valves independently of factory settings for complete sound customization.

Sound & Control

  • Valves Closed: Quiet, refined tone for comfortable daily driving and long-distance cruising.

  • Valves Open: Amplified volume, pronounced pops, and a motorsport-inspired note.

  • Included Controller: Allows full open/close functionality at any RPM.

  • Material: High-grade T304 stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance.

Holds it all and easy to use!
Style: 16 Quart Drain Pan
I bought this oil drain pan when preparing to teach myself how to change my own oil on my Toyota Tundra 1794. Yes. Youtube and I…we be mates. Anyway! This drain pan easily held all of the old nasty oil and made it easy to complete a dirty job in a relatively clean way!

Good
Style: 16 Quart Drain Pan
I have had no issues with leaking. Just double check the o rings are good and in place and you shouldn't either. Although I'll be honest it's pretty over priced. You can go to home depot or o Reilly and find the same exact thing for a third of the price. All the same it's holding my oil just fine.

Not so good - oil splashes all over !!!
Style: 16 Quart Drain Pan
I am SO glad I just saw this pop up in my "purchased" items category...I am not only a Do it yourselfer but I also perform service work for a group of clients as well and I have to say I had a version of this before and threw it out after many years of service due to the fact it started dripping/leaking and I did not want to waste time trying to find it! with that said I purchased this and "What a mistake" every time I change the oil if it does not hit exactly the right angle or area the oil just ricochets off the surface and splashes all over the garage surface (especially when working with 0w20 type oil - thin)...I think this one will be seeing the can soon as well even after only 30-40 uses!!
