The latest addition to the spin-off series of Kotobukiya’s original Frame Arms robot series, Frame Arms Girl, is GOURAI-KAI [BLACK] with FGM148 TYPE ANTI-TANK MISSILE!

Little Armory’s “FGM148 Type Anti-Tank Missile” made by TOMYTEC can be equipped to Gourai-Kai’s back allowing her to engage in medium and long-range combat.

This model comes to life based on an illustration by Humikane Shimada where Takayuki Yanase’s Frame Arms Gourai-Kai mecha design is transformed into an original female character!

Model Specifications:

  • Recreate launch mode for the FGM148 Type Anti-Tank Missile by removing the front cover. The missile itself is also included and can be displayed freely via its 3mm connection points.
  • The main color scheme consists of a darker skin tone, white hair, and black armor.
  • The range of motion has been greatly improved in the hip joints, thighs, and skirt.
  • The shoe parts feature an additional pop-out joint which improves the articulation of the shin.
  • The thigh armor can slide up and down for a wider range of motion.
  • Three pre-painted face parts are included (Facing Forward, Facing Right, Serious Expression).
  • The model can be displayed as either Gourai or Gourai-Kai.
  • In addition to the default chest armor, the model includes large and medium-sized armor for Gourai-Kai, and large and medium-sized armor for Gourai.
  • Includes five sets of updated PVC hand parts with ball joints.
  • Includes parts for the head and chest equipped with 3mm openings, connectors, and extensions.
  • The base of the back cannon can slide, allowing it to be displayed on the left or right side.
  • The treads have added detailing based on a Type 10 Tank.
  • Includes a knife and holder with a 3mm joint.
  • Includes decals for the eyes and other markings.
  • The PVC hands are compatible with existing weapons from the M.S.G and Frame Arms series.
  • The 3mm connection points on the arms and legs are compatible with existing gear from the M.S.G and Frame Arms series.


【What is Frame Arms Girl?】

Frame Arms Girl is a spin-off of Kotobukiya's original model kit series, Frame Arms, that creates a bishoujo-style character for each mecha.

The kits come with multi-colored parts and face parts pre-printed with tampography, making them easy to assemble with no paint required.

Equipped with the signature 3mm joints and PVC hands from Frame Arms, Frame Arms Girl models can be combined with a variety of parts from series such as M.S.G (Modeling Support Goods), Frame Arms, and more!

The latest models' heads, arms, and legs in the series are fully compatible with each other, so users can create their very own unique Frame Arms Girl!

Building something wonderful out of the broken pieces

Meg Eden Kuyatt has done it again. I am a big fan of novel in verse, and this author is one reason why. The poetry delivers character, setting, and story in a clear, believable voice. The protagonist, V, is a middle school girl full of feelings, celebrating her difference while fighting for her place in the wonderland of neurotypicals. V introduces herself in vibrant socks that say “I am strange and wonderful.” And with that, we are off. V is reluctantly spending the summer with her grandma Jojo in the pristine white house that has been in her family for generations. History is definitely living here. The house is a character itself (and a metaphor). I love that V’s cousin Cat creates assemblages, an art form I was not familiar with. Cat describes it as taking discarded, broken stuff and turning it into something beautiful (another metaphor). There is a lot going on here and a satisfying resolution brought on by a heaping dose of empathy. Highly recommend for the suggested audience (juvenile fiction, grades 3-7), their teachers, and families with neurodivergence.
